Yes. Same-day delivery is available when delivery windows are open.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes. Customers can place same-day orders or schedule a delivery in advance when delivery slots are available.
What are the delivery hours?
Delivery is available daily from 12pm – 9pm EST.
Delivery windows are 2 hours and are as follows:
- 12pm – 2pm
- 2pm – 4pm
- 4pm – 6pm
- 6pm – 8pm
- 7pm – 9pm
What is the latest time I can place a same-day delivery order?
Same-day delivery orders must be placed at least one hour before the final delivery window. The latest same-day order time is 6pm.
What ID do I need for delivery?
You must show a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older. Accepted forms of ID include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
Does the person receiving the order need to match the person who placed it?
Yes. The name on the ID must match the name of the person who placed the order.
Where will my delivery be dropped off?
Drivers will typically deliver to an apartment door when building access permits. If not, deliveries may be completed in the lobby, at the building entrance, curbside, or another safe designated meeting location.
Will the driver call or text before arriving?
Yes. Drivers will contact you before arrival with delivery updates. You may also receive email and SMS updates related to your order.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The driver will attempt to contact you. If you are unreachable, your order will be returned to the dispensary and may be canceled or rescheduled. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
